i have three testicals, two are normal, but the third testic in right side,(like a ball), is hard.when i push with hardely i can't feel pain. it is 0.5 inch in size.
pls tell me about it.

Just to verify, you have ALWAYS had three testicles. This isn't something that appeared later is it?
You should see your doctor or even better, a urologist, about your third testicle. It need to be examined, likely by palpation (feel) but an ultrasound may also be performed.

If you have found out it is dangerous let me know. I am 70 and an extra one just appeared on the right side. It appears To be normal in everyway.

See your doctor. If you had it since birth it really isn't much of a concern. For it to just "appear" you NEED to get it checked - they don't just grow.
It may be a cyst or even a tumor.
See a urologist - NOW.
