I'm 20 and about a week ago I noticed that my left testical moves up everytime I lay on the side or have intercouse. My sperm has gone lower since this is happening, and I have to push it back down to put it in place. Is this normal or should I worry about it?

Well, there are muscles in the scrotum walls and they may be contracting and pulling your testicle to the body. It usually does it when it’s cold to bring the testicles closer to the body for warmth. I honestly can’t say why it’s been doing it during sex.
