This has only been happening recently, if this means anything, I've had to go through a lot of stressful and upsetting things in the past few months. I have emetophobia, so feeling nauseous to me is terrifying and can send me into panic attacks. In the past, I've not had these difficulties meeting with my friends, other than a few anxiety issues about eating. The first time it happened was about 2 weeks ago, I was meeting with a guy friend of mine, he happens to like me, I'm not sure on my feelings about him right now, but anyway, I was sitting on his bed, when I suddenly got an overwhelming nauseous feeling, causing me to panic, fortunately I was able to distract myself with a youtube video, and the feeling passed. Last week, I was going to meet with a group of friends, while getting ready, I began to feel nauseous, I could hear my family members talking about my unwell loved one in another room, I then began feeling very faint and dizzy, I had to stop getting ready and distract myself with yet another youtube video until I had calmed down. This week, I had a following 2 incidents, I met with the same guy as before, except this time at my house as I thought it might help me feel calmer and not sick, unfortunately about 10 minutes in, the overwhelming nausea came again, I panicked and started shaking frantically, the guy noticed and asked multiple times if I was okay, it ended up passing after a few long minutes, but I really thought I was going to throw up. Yesterday I met up with my lifelong best friend, I thought I might be calmer when meeting with her, I had my lunch before I met her and after taking one bite of sandwich, I began feeling extremely nauseous, thirsty, panicky and dizzy. Once she arrived though, I had no problems. It seems to suddenly come very intense but after it passes, it usually doesnt come back. Today, I haven't met anybody but I've been feeling panicky and have no appetite (for the past week I've had no appetite either). I dont think I have a bug as this has been reoccurring, and I'm not pregnant, anybody know what could be causing this, and how I can fix it? Many thanks.
