This has happened so many times and nothing seems to help so please, someone else try and help me out.I'm tired of trying to take dimenhydrinate [motion sickness medication] without gagging on the taste of the pill and making things worse. I'm tired of having to stop what I'm doing and go sit in a quiet, cold area with my eyes shut. Its annoying.Basically, what happens, is I'll get this weird dizzy feeling and... its basically a headache, but there's no pain, yet it spreads throughout my entire head. Almost like a low, vibrating feeling and heaviness. My ears feel like they do when I have earaches [closed up, 'full'] and after a few minutes, I'll start to get very nauseous. Very nauseous.

This happens when I take showers for more than a few minutes [which I obviously can't avoid]. It happened for 4 years, calmed down for a year completely, but it started up again about 8-10 months ago. I'll be in the shower for 8-10 minutes, and I'll get this feeling and it comes on strong. I try to continue the shower but it gets worse within seconds [literally] and I can't see straight. The worst thing that's happened with this is that I was close to throwing up while everything became very blurry and I fell in the shower [I couldn't stand up anymore] and almost fainted. :( It 'calms down' if I make the water really cold so then I thought, maybe its the heat/steam. Even when I'd get out of the shower, I'd be leaning over, trying to breathe, close to passing out.

Yet it can't just be the heat/steam. I was playing Fallout 20 minutes ago and for the past hour, I've been dealing with that same feeling mentioned above. I ignored it and kept playing. It only got a little worse. But now I'm laying down on the couch, pulse just a tad faster than usual, I'm really tired all of a sudden, I'm dizzy, it feels like I'm swaying [but I don't think I am], and I feel like throwing up any second.

Any idea what this is? Its different from the nausea I get when really hungry, so...

If you know what it is, let me know. Perhaps even a solution to this annoying-as-hell problem... :(
