Yes it is quite possible to get false negative pregnancy test if you are using certain medications. Such medications could be certain antibiotics and most of the hormonal medications. Of course certain drugs can gave you the same result but I presume that you are aware of that.
So, if you are suspecting that you could be pregnant and you are using some kind of medications it is best to visit your doctor for confirmations. Sometimes tests can give you false results because it is too early for the test.
