So i'm 6 weeks pregnant and and regularly having sex with my boyfriend but about a week ago I noticed a painful cut by the opening of my vagina. It may of been through sex but im doubting it as it wasn't noticed until a few days after. Then i noticed a spot just next to it but not like a normal spot would be, pointy with a head. It's more dipped inwards and so sore to touch. Now I've just noticed another 2.. I've been told it's common to get an infection when you're pregnant because of all the vaginal discharge. 

It's not itchy just very very sore, only the spots

Please help I'm so worried.....
