i had blind pimple like lumps just inside the opening of my vagina... at first i thought they were pimples but now they are getting infected a little... i had an epsom salt sitz bath but it only helped for a little while... i did have sex then about three days later i found a cut & its infected then these came up & i can't pee unless it burns like hell i've been putting lucas' papaw ointment on them as well can anyone suggest anything else to do ?

Being just a dumb old man, after reading all this I guess the problem is that urine is getting into the sore spots on/in your vagina after leaving the urethra.
Would it help to use something to direct it away from there?
Maybe a small tube you could insert in your urethra so it doesn't dribble down on the sore spots. Maybe buy a catheter and cut the end off so you have just a few inches. Enough to insert it in the tip of your urethra and you can hold it just like a guy holds his penis.
Hey, maybe you could even use a urinal when the line to the ladies room is too long.xd
