Hi, I think i've spllit my perineum (just below vaginal opening), it's so painful, just sitting down i can feel discomfort, i cant pee, as that burns and its just painful all the time, it never stops! Ive been given some cream however that hasnt stopped the pain, what can i do? also i got out of the bath and noticed a cut on my clit and just beside on my lips, im worried as to what this could be? its so painful so please help! I cant even touch my perniem without pain that makes me cry!
