Hello, I only ejaculate a few drops, but I just started ejaculating so I think this is normal? And for the past 3 days nothing has come out. LIke I know I am ejaculating because it is a little white, but just stays on my glans. Can not enough water affect this? Because I usually drink soda but I think it effects it, so I will drink water, but is this normal? Thank you.

Yes, it is normal.
As you get older the volume will increase.
Not all guys "shoot" either. It can just "ooze" out.
You can "run out" of semen if you masturbate a lot. You will make more though.
