Many wives have the same complaint about their husbands.
It is the responsibility of each spouse to satisfy the other's sexual needs. Sexual meed equality often doesn't exist. One spouse is likely to have greater needs than the other, and to stop meeting those needs is a violation of the marital covenant. Physical constraints may make certain activities more difficult or even impossible, but the desire should be there, and effort made to compensate.
Not only that, but sexual intercourse is a bonding activity that strengthens the marriage. To refuse that marital act indicates a cooling of the marriage, and is a danger sign. If either spouse is not interested in sex anymore, it suggests not being interested in the spouse personally as a spouse.
Sometimes this is brought on by selfishness. The deprived spouse might not be considerate in other aspects of the marriage, or just interested in self-satisfaction. So how much time have you spent getting to know your spouses physica, emotional, practical and spiritual needs? Conversely, the depriving spouse might just be self-centred.
