i used a birth control pill 30 hours after unprotected sex after the second day of using the pill i noticed my stomach getting bigger and my face filled with pimple.also some white discharge.can i be pregnant?pls reply

Emergency Contraceptives are effective but there is always the chance of pregnancy.
It would be very early, if it is only 2 days, for any signs/symptoms to show however. There is a good chance the increased discharge and pimples are caused by the hormones in the pill.
You'd need to wait at least 2 weeks before you can test.
Again, there is a chance but it's not likely.
