When I was sitting in school I was sitting in a chair and out of no where I felt like I was going to pass out, I was dizzy, had a headche, and felt like I was going to throw up. What could have caused these problems? Could it be that I am diabetic, it does run in my family.

Unfortunately, there must be a hundred different conditions associated with dizziness, nausea and passing out. For example, syncope, ear infection, anxiety, dehydration, low blood pressure and the list goes on.
It certainly is a possibility that you are diabetic and even more so if it runs in your family. The easiest way is to have you blood sugar levels measured. In fact, you might want to have a blood panel done since you don't really know what your issue is. You need to be properly diagnosed.
Best bet is to consult with your physician to find out what needs to be done. It would be a good idea to have a physical exam done at this point. Any which way, chances are you'll need to be under the care of doctor.
