Hi, I know this is an old thread, but decided to give an answer for the sake of others having the same question.

While the birth control pill is an effective method of contraception when used correctly, it is not 100% effective at preventing pregnancy. Additionally, pre-ejaculate or "precum" can contain small amounts of sperm, which can potentially lead to pregnancy.

It is important to note that the effectiveness of the pill can be reduced if it is not taken correctly or consistently, such as missing pills or taking them at different times each day.

If you are concerned about the risk of pregnancy, it is recommended to use a backup method of contraception, such as condoms, to further reduce the risk of pregnancy.
