I am 10 days late was supposed to get my period the 24 of October (this month) me and my bf have been trying and have unprotected sex and I'm always a week late since we've been trying and today (Nov 3rd) I started to get bad cramps like I wanted to die cramps, never got them before and I'm spotting ?? Is it just my period coming heavy , did I have a miscarriage , am I pregnant ??? Help please ..

The same thing always happens to I've bee having unprotected sex for over a year so I'm always on the look out my periods always trick me but now my last period was oct 5 was shorter than normal and lighter and now I'm two days late my stomach is bigger doesn't feel bloated just bigger so I'm wondering if it's possible I could finally be pregnant
