I'm flat and I get made fun of all the time and I'm not even in high school. Even my best friend makes fun of me sometimes and the worst part of that is she is younger than me by 2 years. Every girl in my family runs very small so I doubt it will get better. I feel like I'm not attractive or going to be attractive. Any advice?

I am also flat chested, and i am 17, i went through the same thing you did, but when you get older you realize that all of that stuff doesn't matter. every body is different and thats what makes you, you. A unique beautiful girl. if everyone was the same, no one would be unique. Since your not even in high school yet you shouldn't even be worried about how your body looks. You shouldn't care about what people say, You should be lifting yourself up. and let people know that no one can put you down :). focus on your dreams and what you want to be when you grow up. trust me you will see none of it matters
