I'm on birth control and its my 2nd month

If you are pregnant being on birth control will not hurt the baby as it is quite close to the same hormone during pregnancy, the HCG hormone.  It could be the birth control making you feel this way or like you say, pregnancy itself.  Not sure when your next expected period is due but test around that time with your first pee of the day as it has the highest concentration of HCG at that time and gives you an accurate result.
