No, you will need to wait at least 3 weeks and most doctors will say to wait until you miss your next period anything before this is just a waste money really.  I never got my positive until basically my period was due, sorry to burst your bubble although I knew I was pregnant, I just knew somehow and of course I was right.  When you do take your next test, do so in with your first urine of the day (wake up pee) as it is the most accurate and the highest concentration of the hCg hormone at that time.  Good luck and hope this helps.  Sprinkling of baby dust going out to you... and if you are trying to conceive then he should be ejaculating inside of you.
