I had my period for one day and four days later i take a pregnancy test it was negative

If you are pregnant it would be too early to tell yet with a test.  You will need to wait until your next expected period and then take your test with your first pee of the day for your most accurate result, highest HCG hormone concentration at this time.  Hope this helps
