I'm on the depo shot, and I have a lot of symptoms!

I just got my first injection of depo and have had almost all the side effects including bad headaches but when me and my husband have sex i start to spot is this normal?

Not to have any of yall worried but i got prego with all 3 of kids with different forms of birth control. First was pills, second was depo shot, lastely was patch. First 2 i also used condoms . Dr says it is miracle but still i ended up having 3 healthy babies luckly.I was a miracle baby dad had gotten fixed and it came undone and mom ended up prego with me... My point is nothing is 100 % so get yourself a blood test(prego) and to make sure if nothing else your dr can let you know what is going on to stop what ever it is causeing your symptoms.

i am also on the depo shot and a couple if weeks ago i had diarrea for 3 days constent and i also had alot of cramps and felt like i was going to throw up and i also was worrying if i was pregnant, my fiance went and bought me a pregnancy test and i took the test at night and it came back negative, what i think that you should do is go and get a pregnancy test and take it in the morning becase in the morning is the best time to do it because it will give you the best results.

I'm on the depo too and only been on for 2 months but was on it before for 9 months. When I was on it the first time I never had a period, I had unprotected sex with the boyfriend and never experience symptoms of pregnancy. Now that I'm on it again I been spotting for almost 3 weeks now with no cramping what so ever, I pee often, have back pains, headahes and I throw up now and then. I went to the hospital last week and now a urine pregancy test they told me that it was negative but here I am today still having the same syptoms but still no one will tell me whats wrong and I'm scared that it might be something big

Iv been on the depo for 3monts..i dont know iv been havin spottin of a black discharge and it lumpy befor that I was on my period for 14dayss.im scaared I fill sick my head hurt...i use condoms with my boyfriend but I dont no...can you tell me what to do.ifill like why get on birthcontrol if yu can still get pregnat

okay ive been on the depo for a year and the symptoms i have are getting worse.. I recently stopped having a period and using the bathroom a lot and my stomach hurts really bad and ive been throwing up a lot so yes it most likely is the shot my next shot is feb next month and i will not be getting it and i think everyone should stop getting the depo shot its dangerous and i have lost so much hair and gain a lot before starting depo i wore a size 8 and now im in a size 13. so i think everyone should STOP TALKING THE DEPO AND GET BACK ON THE PILL.. LEARN HOW TO TAKE THE PILL CORRECTLY AND WEAR CONDOMS!!!!!!!!!

IT'S VERY IMPORTANT !! !!!!

Okay I'm 18 too and I just started the depo again. I had it when I was 16 but I wasn't sexually active before. But my boyfriend and I decided to get me on the birth control and maybe 3 weeks after the shot we started to do it again. But this time it was different. Like I started bleeding lightly and then heavily on Saturday night. I went to the ER and they took tests but they said it was a normal side effect. After I got home from the ER. I Bled out something that looked like tissue and then I stopped bleeding completely. But today he and I were fooling around and he started to get me excited when I went to the bathroom to freshen up I was bleeding again. I have no idea what to do. Is this normal? Like this has never happened so I'm afraid something may be wrong.
