I have been having a lot of pain in my overies and my lower back. I also am having a white discharge with a slight smell. I was on my period two weeks ago and now i have been spot bleeding and this has been going on for a couple months. Also when i have sexual intercourse i have to stop because it hurts so bad like some on is stabbing me.
