hi im 24 yrs old

i have undergone a simple cyst surgery in the mnth of may1 after that my menses started on 27 may and excess bleeding over seven days of menses after that my menses started skip june and started in july12 with normal bleding.i want to ask u why my menses r extendind for 15 days after the surgery or can get pregnant or no chance of it should i take pills for getting pregnant plz help me im only gaining wait nothing else
