My brother has suffered an ankle injury, but it looks like he did not break anything, which is a good thing, I guess. But still, doctors said that he has a luxation and that has to be treated with a reposition. Is that a standard part of the treatment for luxation? Reposition is actually an essential part of the luxation treatment. In that kind of injury, bone surfaces that are included in creating an ankle joint are not in the position they have to be and that needs repositioning. And even though it is not a broken ankle, it is still an injury that requires serious rehab process.
