Hello, i’m 29 yrs old and have been taking meloxicam for 2 months and the past month or so have seen a significant increase in hair shedding and my already thin hair is brittle and very thin now. It is the only medication i have been on until the rheum decided i most likely have rheumatoid arthritis and am about to start methotrexate. I thought i was going crazy with the hair thinning. I’ve been on meloxicam 15mg for 7 years. Really helps with the arthritis. I’ve also been taking omeprazole for stomach problems. I have been losing my hair gradually over the same period of time but never made the connection til now. THANKS! Gonna talk to me doctor about vitamin B supplements

Took one Meloxicam pill after a surgery. My hair does not shed a lot, but after that one pill clumps came out. I could not believe it. The pill was the only change I made. This junk needs to be off the market. Women are very sensitive about hair. This drug also did not help with pain, so thankfully I only took the one pill.
