Hello I'm a 15 year old girl. I'm not sexually active and I don't shave my vigina. Ive had this lump on the right lip of my vigina for a couple of days now. I've tried hot baths with salt in it, hot towels, neoaporin and it got a little better. The swelling went down but it stings when I pee. I don't understand what's going on. Im scared that its a cyst cuz those hurt badly but I can sit and walk just find. Please help
