is it a yeast infection?

this is super embarising buut. Okay, so this is actually happeneds fairly often after I use a vibrator or have rough(ish) sex. I have this rediculous itch mostly around my clitorous and under the hood. Right now it itches really bad its gotten red, swollen and extremely tender, Im guessing all of that is from itching. It also looks somewhat bumpy, not like leassions or anything but there are lots of little skin colored bumps. As I said its happened before, it just itches like crazy this time. It normally clears up in a few days thoug, just weird and uncomfortable. I cant seem to find anything on the internet about it. It seems like it could be a yeast infection but I dont really know if I would be having the symptoms where I am having them. There is a possability that I could have an STD but again I am not sure what STD would give me those symptoms where I am having them (and the possability is near impossable). So yeah, I am totally uncomfortable right now, trying to sleep and failing because of this bussiness. HELP
