I just finished my first month on the pill, and I am about 5 in on my new pack. I am not worried about STDs because I have been with my boyfriend for over 2 years. That said, is it safe to stop using condoms and the pull out method?

As long as you take the pill consistently, every day at about the same time, you'll be fine. That's what it's for.
Enjoy!

That's the reason they worked so hard to invent the pill. When I was first married the only choices for birth control were condoms or IUDs. Condoms were really inconvenient. IUDs had several problems. There was only one my wife could tolerate with not too much pain but it was known to cause cancer. One was very painful if I hit against her cervix with my penis.
When they finally came up with the pill we were in heaven. We could have sex whenever we felt like it and barefoot too!!!!
Of course the pill doesn't protect you from STDs so condoms are still quite necessary for casual encounters.
