I have to completely agree - you don't want this! I'm used to it (3 years for me) and I've gotten pretty good at ignoring it, and I don't embarrass easily, but I'll still tell you that it would be heavenly to be rid of it. Mine was caused by a dirt bike accident - a very hard and painful blow to the perineum (although fortunately not to my testicles) that has left me with a penis that's permanently about 70% erect, although that varies some. At first I couldn't get fully erect, although I slowly regained that ability as I healed. I have some of the same issues - morning wood can be very persistent, and I frequently get close to fully erect for several hours at a time. It becomes a choice between wearing loose pants for physical comfort or strapping it up to my abdomen as best I can for mental comfort. Surgery to "fix" this has a 15 to 20 percent chance of making me impotent, or at least unable to get hard enough for intercourse, so I don't see that as an option. There ARE embarrassing moments - I show no matter what I do, and people do notice, and in some situations it can be misinterpreted (in other words, they think I'm some sort of perv) which can be very awkward at best. A permanent erection may sound like something fun, but please trust me - it's not! You'd be crazy to cause it on purpose.
