Hey again... how old are you? What you read is correct that liquid is pre ejaculatory fluid (precum) it is normal and is produced by 2 little pea sized glands towards the back of your penis called cowper's glands. This is the bodies natural lubrication and comes out after prolonged sexual excitement/arousal. Not masturbating won't help. It is a normal thing some guys make a little some make a lot. Some people produce it shortly after becoming aroused others it takes awhile. Generally the more/longer a person is aroused the more precum is released

Hey again what do you mean by a normal healthy life? Precum is normal and you can't prevent it or stop it. If you stop masturbating you will mostlikly have wet dreams where you ejaculate semen in your sleep. Also it will probably make you more turned on/aroused and the precum may come out easier and in larger amounts.... does this make any sense?
