I have sex about 2 weeks about and it was unfortunately unprotected, (in the moment and realized I didn't have condoms) and just today about through mid day it started to itch on the inside of my penis. When I'm sitting still and not doing anything it's like a small burning kind of itch, it feels like something moves inside of it, and it feels good to mash it between my fingers and rub it. I'm very worried about this but at the same time I really don't want my parents to know about it.

It is possible that it is an STD or a UTI. It could also be nothing. Without a test we can't know.
If it continues YOU WILL need to get checked. You don't want to spread an STD to any future partners.
If you notice any discharge YOU NEED to get checked immediately. Not all STD's produce a discharge or ANY symptoms immediately however.
