I wear thongs often to prevent underwear lines when I play volleyball. Im 13, not sexually active and I havent got my period yet. Ome thong I own really irritates the space between my anus and my vagina. I get lots of cloudy milky white discharge that is almost like thin icing.. it dries and gets crusty. Is this all normal? Can I get anything from the drugstore where I wouldnt have to tell my mom/go to a doctor?

I think you should probably discontinue wearing thongs for a while and observe. If the itching continues you should probably tell your mum so she can take you to see a doc, trust me she won't judge, you don't have to be afraid.
As for the discharge, its totally normal! its made up of dead cells and it usually cleans up the cervix of a woman. the color and amount varies according to the stage of your cycle, it can be clear to whitish. you should watch out for discharge caused by infections though. if it has a bad smell or there is a burning sensation when yu pee, yu should run to a doctor.
