Whitish stuff in my urine and itching from my penis

Please Doctors help
I noticed itching and whitish discharge coming our from my penis, I met a Doctor and he gave me and my wife antibiotics we finished the dose, but I'm still feeling the itching and small amount of whitish stuff is still notice in my urine, please what should I do next, can this stop my wife from being pregnant or can this stop me from impregnating a woman? Please help
