itchy anus and balls red bumps

HI im a 18 year old male who has itchy skin around the groin area between my balls and anus, and there's red bump's all around my thighs and above my pubic hair, it itch's lost i've once cough a yeast infection, got rid of it with the cream, was wondering if it could be that, but i've put the cream on the bumps and around my anus but it doesn't seem to work, i haven't had sex for awhile now like 6 months, there seem's to be nothing wrong but it itchys a lot in the groin area any idea's on what i should do im waiting for my doctor appointment but that's still 7 days away
