A few days ago I started experience extreme dryness around my anus area then and itch that just wont stop I took a shower each time it itches that badly and wash the area repeatedly and I think I scratch in my sleep thats how badly it itches now yesterday I scratched myself open and now its burning really badly I applied a clean cream with no fragrance on the area now there is a very bad smelling discharge thats also making my vagina burn. If there is something I can use for it? it would be a great help all the dermathologist in my area is male

It could be hemeroids, that will make you itchy inside idk about the dryness, if it is hemeroids see a doctor there is ointment available(:
