Hi
im 26 years old & straight. Ive had this problem now for about 3 years where i have a damp, itchy scrotum & anus that has a fishy like smell. It can become quite raw sometimes where i have itched it so much & is on the right side of my scrotum down to my anus & it only tends to be itchy at night.
If anyone could reccomend any creams that may help that would be great or any other advice.

it will go away with some jock itch powder spray some people say to use the cream but cream when you rub it can spread it... so please use the powder spray for your own comfort :-)

DO you know what is jock itch? If I am not mistaking you are experiencing this condition. Do you have any kind of rash that you noticed on your skin? The symptoms of jock itch come and go and the good thing is that jock itch in many cases can resolve on its own. Have you tried to use some sort of antibacterial or antifungal cream to prevent the itch? You will have to pay more attention on hygiene in your pubic area. There are also cases where you don’t even have a rash. The problem is that you are having this condition too long. Have you ever visited a doctor during this period?
