Hello, I've been reading alot of your problems and I must say this place helps alot. Last week my Scom or balls got swollen and there was an intense itch. So what I did was of course scratch but then I decided to just grab them and squeeze it for a while till the itch goes away. Balls became big and red. So I told my wife about it and she made an appointment to see the Doc. I told the doctor that I've been trimming my testicals every now and then...and twice by accident cut my balls with the shaver. You know the one's you shave your head off for about an inch. So anyways he said that it might be dirty water. Fungal inffection is probably the cause of this. Doctor checked my urine and it was nomal. So he prescribe 2 medicine. Antibiotic and some sort of cream to reduce the swelling and itch. Testicals went back to it's nomal size and the itch went away. But guess what? My butt cheecks started to itch probably due to the medicine...(possible side effects). Cream helped to get rid of the itch on my butt cheecks. The only problem is that both sides of my balls itch onces in a while. I'm guessing the hair of my balls are growing back? I couldn't sleep due to itchyness sides of my balls. It's like I can feel the hair of my balls are growing. Crazy itch. I will observe for a few days. Thank god swelling went away though. Seriously though, I could feel hair of my balls poking me. Feels kinda sharp. Then I feel a short breath due to the itch. Sorry had to write this long. If anybody could help me I'd apprecciate it. Thank you!

It could just be the fact that you are trimming them, because when you shave somewhere it gets prickly and maybe it is prickling your testicals to make it itch. thats what happened to me but I just stopped trimming them and i'm itch free. :-D

I have often heard that trimming or shaving the pubes will make it itch when growing back.
Other than trying talc powder or something anti-itch cream, your best bed may be to leave the shaving to other parts of the body.
