I have a mole on my face, that has never been an issue until about 2 weeks ago(im 19). It started itching, which in the beginning I did not even think twice about. I notice it more now, because it is increasingly becoming more bothersome, itching all the time, and is raw around it from my nails scratching. it has changed a bit in color, and i can see little red lines (i think blood vessels) on it. What should I do, and should I be worried at all that it is itching? Is there anything I can do to stop the itching? any and all suggestions welcomed.

You should be worried that you see it changing.
It may be nothing but get it checked out, soon.

See a dermatologist if you can.
The fact that you see it changing is a concern. In general a mole should be examined if it changes size, shape, or color. The border should also be clearly defined. It could possibly be cancerous.
I'm not saying it is, just that it could be. That's why you should get it checked. You should get it checked in the next week or so. The sooner you get it checked the better.
Hope it helps. Please keep us posted.
