Hey sweetheart,
This is totally normal, the jelly like blood you speak of is called clots, inside the blood there is a natural chemical coagulant which causes thin liquid like the blood to thicken up into clots. This is what leaves your body while you bleed. If you get this and alot of blood it means you have a heavy blood flow. You should normally aim to use pads or tampons designed for heavy blood flow.
However, I used to get this and after a while it because very annoying and a problem for me at school. So I decided to go to the doctor who put me on birth control pills which has lightened up my flow alot. If you have any problems or question, see your doctor sweetheart, thats what hes there for!
take care ! :-) hope I helped.
