I was at work today and I couldn't get away to pee. I had to hold it for 30 minutes and by the time I got away my right kidney was aching. About 5 minutes after I peed my kidney pain went away and I'm experiencing no other symptoms. I have some light abdominal cramping but I think that isn't associated with it. I'm on biaxin for a lung infection so it isn't possible to even get a kidney infect right now? Am I right?
