I am curious in Lactobacilli role in helping with elimination of gastrointestinal and urinal conditions. I have trouble with my urinary tract and its constant infections. I cannot say that I was strict with medications and its usage, but still there should have been some effects, right? Can you answer me about Lactobacilli?

I assume that you have heard from doctors about possibility of Lactobacilli usage in urinary infections. But do mind that it is only for prevention, not for treatment. Even in prevention, statistics are not 100 percent proving that Lactobacilli is that effective. Perhaps you should try again with standard therapies for now. And do use medications as prescribed, both dosage and numbers per day, it might show results.
