hello doc..i m worried about conceiving..after all the fertility medicines doctor advice me laproscopy to see whats the problem..2 days back i had my laproscopy diagnostic test nd thanx Allah every thing is clear..tubes,ovaries everything is ok..i just wanna ask now how will laproscopy be helpful for me?or wz it just a diagnostic check to see minute things....has ne one gone through this..do conact me..

thanx a lot for replying...yes i know purpose of laproscopy..no problem is indictaed in me..i just wanna know that does this procedure improves chances of pregnancy or does it helps in cleaning from inside..like our tubes ,uterus etc

It depends on what he did when he was in there. The way to "clean" the uterus is thru a Dialation and Curretage, or better know as a D&C, i call it a dustin and a cleanin. That is done via the uterus. I think a laproscopy is just to check on your female organs, doc looks for any signs of disease, growths, discolorations, anything unusual. I know certain procedures can be done thru a laproscopy as well.
