My period is a wk late, it is normally here every 27-28 days. 2 days before i was to start my period i had a brown discharge (not alot) and the following day it was the same only a light pink! I have been really tired, cranky, and sick to my stomache not to mention all the headaches . My dr did a blood test 2days before my period was due, and it came back neg. Was it to early to do blood work? I am really comfused and my dr does not seem to concerned with my problem and told me to wait it out! I have NEVER ever had a problem with my period before!!!! Can someone please give me some advice!!! Thnx

Hey. THat brown IS your period. It's spotting though. ESPECIALLY if your on the pill.i just started it and I used to get spotting once a month for a few days and then get my actual period. IF your on the pill your body is trying to get used to it. If your getting spotting during your period its because your lining isnt adjusting to the pill. They just do an ultra sound and may switch you to a differnt pill. I had similar signs of pregnancy like you did. Well THOUGHT I did. I've been nausous,cranky,tired.cramps. etc. Its just your body adjusting. How old are you?
