Hi, im 23 years old. My last period was March 5 but it was mild spotting due to missing birth control pills. I normally get it around the 20th. I am now due for my second period but no signs of it. All my tests are negative. Urine and Blood. I have nausea, sore breasts, frequent urination and very emotional. I dont know what is goingon.. someone please help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sounds like a visit to your doc is in order....you may need to get an ultrasound or something if the tests are saying negative and your body is saying otherwise. The sooner you see your doc and find out what is truly going on, the better...I wish you well!!
