Hi, i had 2 knee injuries in the past.  It involved my miniskis or whatever is.  Its the muscle that keeps the knee cap in place.  I have had a injury a couple years ago, and my leg is still weak, can't put alot of weight on it, and still smaller then the other.  I can walk fine and everything, i was just wondering if there is anyway i can make it stronger?  Do i have to work it out or continue physical therapy?
