Need help

After having a weight loss of over 100lbs in this past year, with the help of having had a RNY (gastric bypass) . I would like to know if there is any exercizes for the core that will work fast and tighten up the abs and slenderize the hips (FAST). I have 28 lbs left to go to reach goal weight, so I am not looking to maintain weight but to continue.

I would need to know detailed info and amount of reps ect.
