I have been experiencing over the last 2 weeks pain in the right and underneath sides of the shaft of my penis during erections. It feels like a strong ache, while there is no sharp pain it still prevents me from any sexual contact. I haven't had intercourse for a month in an attempt to rest it, but the ache doesnt seem to be going away. It feels as though i have pulled a muscle in my penis somehow although i am fairly sure this isn't possible. Please help! I don't know what else to try!

try putting a big scoop of vaseline in your right hand and gently massaging it - then change to a stroking motion upward and downward for about 1/2 hour - it also helps to watch porn flicks while doing this -
this done every 3rd night for about a month should relieve the ache

you could have bruised a muscle or just expanded the blood chambers fuller than their normal size. That will happen to me maybe once a month.
Also if you get an erection just randomly and you dont let it become full, you could strain the muscle and that will injure it. My pains lasy about 2 days or so.
I cant think of any medical reason that it would hurt otherwise, but i have no background in medical conditions.

Not letting the erection become full hmm... I am wondering about this. We men get erections while we sleep, even if we don't ejaculate. If we wear pajamas that are not flexible enough, we can strain our penises while we are asleep..the erection pushing against the cloth of the pajamas. This is one cause of pain, I think. It's something I've noticed.
