Hey AdrDia,
I'm assuming your not sexually active yet? The reason I ask if there can be different reasons for excessive discharge if you are sexually active. Let's assume your not and see where we go from there ok.
Do you find this is every single day, or is there a week or so in every month where this is happening or worse? My first advise to try and help you deal with it would be to suggest you get some panti pads, There nothing like sanitary pads, much thinner, shorter and less noticeable to you. This will soak it up and avoid your underwear getting too wet. Do you have any irritation with the discharge, or is it simply 'normal' but a lot of it? A yeast infection thrush (which is not only in sexually active women) Can increase your discharge, you would have other symptoms such as irritation, and the discharge may be whiter, or clear with white bits in it a bit like cottage cheese. Another cause could be bacterial vaginosis is another cause, although discharge tends to be grayish and can have an odor.
Another cause (although quite unlikely) for excessive discharge pre sexually active, may be due to something being left inside the vagina and it is trying naturally to flush it out. This can happen if you have used something to masturbate and it has been left inside/broken off, although it's rare I mention it as there are not too many reasons I can think off pre sex. If it is very bothersome perhaps you should talk to your mum about it, or an older sister if you have one. It may be you are not having any more discharge than someone else your age it just seems that way as liquid spreads out and appears to be more than there is. One other ting I can think of again quite unlikely. If you fully shave your vagina, you notice more of a discharge, The amount has not actually changed but the absence of hairs to catch it means you notice it more.
