Lump on right testical.

I am a 21 year old male. Recently a small lump that i have had on my right testical for over 7 years has started hurting. It's never a constent thing, from time to time it will ache and sometimes give me lower abdominal pains. It is a hard lump that is attached to my testical next to the tubes. and is stuck there, but it is like i can pull it up and side to side. I can squeeze it and it is just really hard. doesn't hurt at all when i do squeeze it. Should it hurt to squeeze it if it were something like TC? It's never really gave me problems until recently. It is a bit smaller then a pea and it has not got larger over the years. It gives me leg pains and lower buttox pains, just a small ache. so any help would be great. thanks.
