Hi Everyone. I am new to this and any kind of forum, you can tell as I have just posted a menopause question on muscoskeletal forum!! My problem is my memory, it is getting worse and I think it is related to hormonal changes but it is affecting my work and I'm struggling to remember what people have told me only a week ago. What self help things can I do to alleviate this, please help. %-)

I understand a lot of what you are going through--my mother went through a lot of the same things when she started getting older. What a lot of people are saying you should do to improve your memory is do mental games to keep yourself sharp. For example, I play crosswords every day and I do a lot of sudoku. It helps you with your memory because you exercise your brain. There's also some books out there on how to exercise your brain that you may want to look into!
