my menstruation has delayed for more than three months which i do not understand. i went for pregnancy test which was negative. i am so scared it might cause damage to my womb. please help me

I think it would be best if you visited a gynecologist to see if everything was in order.
If you are not pregnant, you may have developed polycystic ovaries for example. They are a common reason women miss their periods as they don’t ovulate regularly.
Another reason why you are missing your periods may be sudden discontinuing use of oral contraceptives.
Also stressful situations, restrictive diets or too much exercise can influence periods. If you recognize any of the possibilities, then it is easier for you to change them but I would advice you to check yourself anyway!

I had this recently happen to me... but, mine has only been delayed for a month now. I went to the gyno and they told me that they thought it might be a thyroid problem. I'm going to go get blood work done soon. Thought this might help!
