Hi, I also take Mirapex and I have been taking Sinemet earlier. Both of these medications are meant to replace missing dopamine in the body and provide normal functions. In dopamine deficiency, like in Parkinson’s disease patient is not in control of it’s own movements anymore, shaking and trembling are noticed. It is individual reaction to certain medication that determines which one will suit you better. If you consider Sinemet to be better for you, but surely you must advice with doctor, try it. You can always return to your former therapy, if you come to conclusion that it has been better.
